Summertime—time to fire up the grill! At our house, Ira is in charge of the grill, and I help by prepping all of our veggies. I’m a fan of using packets of aluminum foil when cooking vegetables like summer squash, zucchini, sweet corn, eggplant, and asparagus. A little salt, pepper, and olive oil, and we’re all set. Throw on some chicken sausages, and dinner is ready in no time.
